Cauliflower Mash

 Yaay!!! Its the long weekend and after a hard day's work - we settled on sausages and mash for dinner."No potato mash?" asked my son sorrowfully - "no, today we are doing cauliflower mash for a change", I told him firmly.After I made it, I asked him to have a taste and said - "so? what's your verdict?  Do you like it?"He scrunched up his nose and told me "I can still smell the cauliflower!"Ahhh
